CATA'S NOTES:
Ruby-red in color, the aromas of red fruits predominate on the nose, cassis and spices, which are shown with great intensity and elegance at the same time. In the mouth, their tannins are firm and juicy, which it is intermixed with the barrel aging, providing softness and complexity. Where the fruit is protagonist 6 months of aging in French oak barrels.
PAIRING:
Ideal to accompany red meats, cheeses, pasta or hamburgers.
Serve slightly cold (18 - 20 ºC).

Our wine comes from the best vineyards in Casablanca, a paradise for the grapes of this Sauvignon Blanc, with an authentic character and style.

A crystalline yellow color with green hues, which highlights the citrus and mineral essence,
added to its notes of herbs and fruits fresh, give a nose that envelops and invites you to enjoy
the subtlety of your mouth, with an intense acidity, fresh and mineral, giving rise to a few
minutes of freshness in your life.

Ideal to take it as an appetizer, with fish, salad or sushi
